How to Use

This workspace powers a personal agent that:

• Reads/writes Google Calendar (personal, family, and shared "Paofu & D" calendar)
• Reads Gmail and sends threaded replies (e.g., monthly RSC Cryopreservation statements)
• Sends Slack messages with proper thread routing
• Runs daily digest cron jobs (tech + finance, weather, meeting alerts)

The agent boots by reading SOUL.md, MEMORY.md, and recent daily notes. Tasks are executed via configured skills and tools.

Notes

• Slack messages require explicit message(action=send) — auto-routing does not work for Slack→WebChat
• Family/household events go on the "Paofu & D" shared calendar
• RSC Cryopreservation billing thread stored in MEMORY.md
• MCP server config at config/mcporter.json (xiaohongshu-mcp)
