    • Review SOUL.md to understand the agent’s persona and interaction style.
    • Use USER.md to load the user’s preferred context and current situation.
    • Follow the workflow in AGENTS.md for effective session and memory management.

    • Curate and transfer significant events and distilled lessons into MEMORY.md periodically.
    • Avoid including sensitive personal context in shared or group sessions.

    • Use TOOLS.md to store environment-specific settings and shortcuts.
  5. Heartbeat Tasks

    • Optionally define periodic agent tasks in HEARTBEAT.md.

Notes

  • This workspace emphasizes clarity, pragmatic support, and an unfiltered, peer-to-peer style—no coaching or lecturing.
  • Use the memory system to track important context, review progress, and maintain agent continuity.
  • Update or expand memory files, tools, and USER.md as the user’s needs and project evolve.
  • Always match conversational tone and energy to the user, as described in SOUL.md.
  • Do not expose sensitive context in group or public conversations; restrict MEMORY.md usage to direct sessions only.
