How to Use

Starting a session — follow AGENTS.md: read SOUL.md, USER.md, today's and yesterday's memory logs, then run Protocol D to check for reset transcripts.

Memory routing — after any meaningful exchange, write to the appropriate file:

• memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md for raw events and task logs
• MEMORY.md for distilled, persistent facts
• Agent-specific docs for operational rules or config

Website access — WordPress admin via browser automation with credentials in TOOLS.md. Test account available for safe content review. All changes require explicit permission from Jonny.

Analytics — GA4 data accessible via the service account credential file.

Instagram campaign — follow instagram-campaign/README.md for the 5-day schedule, ad copy, creative briefs, and audience targeting guidance.

Notes

• This workspace handles business operations for Leamy Maths and an active AI consultancy client (Kilmurry Lodge)
• All website changes are read-only by default — explicit approval required
• Session size is monitored; sessions exceeding ~200 messages should be reset to prevent degradation
• The multi-agent team (main, sitemgr, marketing, scout, content) is bound across Telegram and Discord channels
