How to Use

1. Configuration Reference:

   • Consult AGENTS.md, SOUL.md, and TOOLS.md for onboarding, workflow definitions, team roles, and collaboration protocols.
   • Use MEMORY.md for operational consistency, including git policies and process memos.

2. Skill Extensions:

   • Select, install, and reference skills from the skills/ directory to augment agent abilities (see each skill's README or SKILL.md for usage details).
   • For automated worker dispatch to free AI models, use the script at skills/arc-free-worker-dispatch/scripts/dispatch.py with environment variable OPENROUTER_API_KEY configured.

3. Collaboration:

   • Agents follow the documented workflow for requirements gathering, prototyping, development, and QA/reporting.
   • Output locations, documentation standards, and file formats are strictly documented in this workspace.

4. Synchronization:

   • Whenever configuration files or skill setups change, commit and push updates to master on the remote repository as per the outlined git workflow. No manual confirmation is required for these pushes.

• Git operations are automated for configuration and skill-related changes. Code generation itself does not trigger git actions.
• Skill installation and use must follow the instructions and requirements detailed in each skill's documentation.
