How to Use
- Main session — Direct conversations route to Alfred, who coordinates across agents
- Specialist requests — Alfred delegates to the appropriate subagent
- Memory — Daily logs at
memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md; long-term context inMEMORY.md - Knowledge base — Diversys content lives in the Obsidian vault at
/mnt/obsidian/
Notes
- Subagents follow a consistent structure:
SOUL.md(identity),AGENTS.md(workspace rules),TOOLS.md(local config) MEMORY.mdloads only in main session — do not load in shared contexts- Email triage routes personal (gmail) vs work (diversys.com) to separate Obsidian folders
- Action items extract to the Action Register with owner and status tracking
- Small local models (<=3B params) must have web tools denied to prevent prompt injection
