How to Use

1. Initialize Identity:

   • Edit IDENTITY.md to define the assistant's core traits.

2. Session Startup for Agents:

   • Follow the sequence in AGENTS.md: read SOUL.md, USER.md, recent memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md, and (if in main session) MEMORY.md.

3. Memory Management:

   • Use memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md for daily activity logs.
   • Update MEMORY.md regularly with important decisions, events, and lessons.
   • For backups, use the files under backups/ for historical restoration.

4. Tools & Commands:

   • Add local device info, API keys, command notes, and skill details to TOOLS.md.
   • Reference examples and adapt to your environment.

5. Task Tracking:

   • Organize tasks and priorities in TODO.md.

6. Heartbeat Checks:

   • Add scheduled tasks to HEARTBEAT.md as needed for periodic agent actions.

7. User Context:

   • Continuously update USER.md as you learn more about the user.
