This workspace powers a business agent ("小龙虾") that handles day-to-day operations including customer inquiries, product quotations, pricing, and order entry. The agent communicates via Feishu (direct and group chats) and manages data in Lark/Bite tables and spreadsheets.

How to Use

This workspace is maintained by the agent automatically. Key workflows captured in memory include:

• Cron task management — list with openclaw cron list
• Feishu OAuth — device flow authentication via accounts.feishu.cn
• Lark Base operations — table records via feishu_bitable API; spreadsheet via lark-cli sheets +write
• Inquiry/quotation flow — customer lookup, product search, record creation in Lark tables
• WeCom troubleshooting — IP whitelist errors (code 60020)

• Session logs are in memory/YYYY-MM-DD[-topic].md format
• Feishu/Lark integration requires OAuth re-authentication when permissions are missing
• Large tables (100+ records) may require pagination or sub-agents for efficient search
